The interface, accessible via an HMI panel or a touchscreen computer, has been designed to provide all relevant information about the operation of the individual dosing unit in a single screen.
On the recipe composition page, both the set value in kg/h and the real-time instantaneous flow rate of each component are displayed. All our loss-in-weight feeders can operate at a fixed or variable set-point. The HMI interface is customizable to meet any requirement. The control and regulation system ensures an accuracy ranging from +/- 0.25% to 0.5% (2 sigma), depending on the materials being dosed.
