CERAMICS AND COMPOSITES APPLICATIONS

Thanks to a long partnership with a well-known company in the sector, EPISTOLIO has built over the years a valuable experience in the glazing sector. In fact, there are now several EPISTOLIO robots operating in the ceramic sector, in particular for the automatic glazing of sanitary items such as: wc, washbasins and shower trays. Many customers are satisfied with the functionality and robustness of our machines.

In fact, for this sector we offer complete systems of anthropomorphic MRK series robots and four-arm rotating carousel, programmed for self-learning.

The modularity of our MRK robots facilitates their use in most applications and drastically reduces installation and testing times.

Our robots are designed, engineered and built specifically to work in aggressive environments, such as glazing booths. Stainless steel components guarantee greater resistance to corrosive agents and humidity, typical variables of glazing cells.

The EPISTOLIO robots MRK series can be equipped with one or two guns, allowing a quick and uniform glazing.

Special applications are also made, designed according to specific customer requirements. With the collaboration of end users, robots were installed for spraying gelcoats on bathtubs and in the nautical sector, robots for spraying release agents on molds and for glazing advertising panels. We are also available to study new applications for the automation of any spraying process.
